CANCELLATION POLICY

 SERVICES:

Please give atleast 48hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit. All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date if sufficient cancellation notice is given. Clients will be allowed to reschedule only one time without paying an additional deposit. If there is a need to reschedule a 2nd time a new deposit will be required. No call/no shows will be banned from requesting future appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

TRAINING CLASSES: 

Deposits for training classes are used to purchase students supplies and are non refundable and non transferable. If the full amount of your tuition is paid ahead of the training day this is also non refundable and non transferable. Please be sure your schedule is cleared and you are available to attend your classes to avoid forfeiture of your deposit and/or tuition cost. Students may be allowed to reschedule only one time but must give notice atleast 72hrs prior to the day of training. If sufficient notice is not given you will be required to pay the remainder of the tuition in full the day of your originally scheduled training in order to schedule a later date. Otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another to book a later training date. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
